Trademarks and intellectual property

DaggerOS, BlackEcho, VANTAGE, and EXHIBIT-X are marks used by BlackTimber Defense and its subsidiaries. The Human Gate names our authorization doctrine. All site text, design, code, and media are the property of BlackTimber Defense or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except brief quotation with attribution.

Export-control notice

This public site contains no controlled technical data. It is Unclassified // Public Release and states outcomes only. Technical data about our systems may be controlled under the ITAR (22 CFR) or the EAR (15 CFR). Export classification and any authorization are determined per transaction and per recipient, in writing, before any controlled material is shared. The trust page states this posture in full.
